Registration Policy

If the course is cancelled on our side, your registration fee will be fully credited towards another future course. If you are unable to attend your program, you must notify Silicon Valley Tactical (SVT) within 10 days of your course and you receive a full credit for another course.  If you notify SVT with less than 10 days notice, you will receive a partial credit to another program that will be determined on a case to case basis. If you do not show up for your program without any notice, you will forfeit your registration fee. We may upon request - agree to review the circumstances of a no show with no notification at our discretion.

Refunds are only case to case basis. If you request a refund and it is approved - it will be less all associated credit card processor fees (usually 8% for charge and charge back of funds).
