This is a two-day program.

The first day is classroom based with presentations about the required subject topics. We also do dry-fire (non-shooting) practice - teaching the participants how to properly set up their equipment and go over the steps to present the firearm from the holster and return it to the  holster. We review the actual target that is used in the qualification process and show the distances required for the qualification to allow the student to better prepare for the range day.

The second day is hands-on covering safety, marksmanship, firearm handling, culminating with the required qualification course(s) of fire. Upon successfully completing both days, participants will receive a certificate to submit to their authorizing law enforcement agency.
